Orders take a while to be made please be considerate and cancel your order within 24 hours. We usually start on orders within 24 hours. After 24 hours no REFUNDS or changes can be made. We do NOT offer wig replacement if lost or stolen once the unit is delivered. Check with your local post office if your item says "delivered" and was not received. Please do not order if you do NOT agree with our policy. No exceptions will be made. Please contact us within 5 days of your received order for any resolutions!
Track a package:
‼️Tracking numbers are sent through our third-party which is PayPal. Please check the email that you used when placing your order to find your tracking number. All orders are shipped by the 14th business day UNLESS stated otherwise in the description bar of that SPECIFIC unit. Orders are shipped via USPS 2-day priority mail. Holidays/Tax Time may require 3-5 days longer processing time.
