Send your old wig back to us and we will replace the 360/ frontal allowing you to get a brand new look without paying for the whole wig all over again. We do recommend gettin a deep condition and wash with this service which is a additional $30. For example if you purchase a straight unit a want your 360/frontal replaced we will wash, deep condition, and straighten the wig before her shipping back to you.
